Cold forming taps
The WGN forming taps are designed for plastic forming of threads in materials such as steel and stainless steel with a tensile strength of up to 1000 MPa, and non-ferrous metals.
The highest service life is characteristic for tools with SR grease grooves and internal coolant supply channels.
The tool is made of HSSE-PM steel obtained by powder metallurgy technology, which guarantees a uniform structure conducive to high wear resistance.
The chip-free machining ensures high process safety.
